How our restaurant works…
We are a “pay as you can” restaurant.
- The ticket you will receive in a black “guest check” is a SUGGESTED DONATION PRICE.
- To make it more personal and less confusing, we ask that you place your donation along with your ticket back in the folder and bring it up to the checkout counter. (We accept cash, credit cards or checks. If you need to run a credit card or get change, our staff is available to assist you.)
- If you are unable to pay for the full amount of your meal, we are happy to accept whatever amount (if any) that you are able to pay. If you need further assistance, please see one of our staff members and we will help in any way we can.
- If you would like to leave a tip for your server, we have a tip box at the checkout counter.
(If it is not put in the tip box, it must be specified on the line at the bottom of the information slip you will receive in your black folder or any extra that you leave will be considered a donation to the restaurant to help cover those that are unable to pay.)
(Donations in exchange for food are not tax-deductible)
